Digital Security Forum - The Week After
So, last week I was both friday and saturday at the 2nd Digital Security Forum. I can only say that it exceeded my expectations!
Thanks to everyone who made it happen, and also to the other speakers, especially the ones I had the opportunity to talk quite a bit and exchange ideias with, namely Brian Honan, Wendy Goucher, Adam Laurie, Christian Bockermann and Filipe Almeida. It was also (obviously) a pleasure to be again with Luis Grangeia, Tiago Pereira, Rui Shantilal, Alex Ribeiro and Miguel Almeida.
It was a blast! Hope to see you all next year.

Countdown to the 2nd Digital Security Forum
Just finished my slides for my presentation on the 2nd Digital Security Forum, “Managing Risks in Virtualized Environments“, which I’ll be delivering this friday the 26th @ 15:00.
I’ll also be participating on a panel about DDoS on Saturday.
I looking forward to see/hear Prof. Howard Schmidt, Filipe Almeida, Bernardo Damele and Adam Laurie, among others.

Life Encrypted
Just started using PGP WDE for MacOSX due to Apple’s stupid incompatibility between FileVault and TimeMachine. The option between encrypted files and backups has no solution. I needed both.
Also turned on encryption on my e71.
Didn’t need to encrypt my brain, it’s already quite scrambled as it is.
